The BYD Han L PHEV is powered by BYD’s 5th generation DM technology consisting of a 1.5T engine with a maximum power of 115 kW (154 hp) and a peak torque of 225 Nm, matched with 29.4 kWh BYD Blade battery, providing 200 km and 180 km CLTC pure electric ranges as well as a 1400 km comprehensive range.
- FWD: 200 kW (268 hp)/315 Nm front permanent magnet synchronous motor, 6.9 seconds to accelerate from 0 – 100 km/h, 200 km/h top speed
- AWD: dual 200 kW/315 Nm front and 200 kW/355 Nm rear motors, 3.9 seconds to accelerate from 0 – 100 km/h
It is worth pointing out that the DM-p system can freely switch between two-wheel and four-wheel drives, supports terrain recognition to switch driving modes intelligently, and an AI energy consumption management system, which can save up to 18% fuel, claimed by BYD.
