The Lynk & Co 08 EM-P is a fastback SUV that adopts the design language that was introduced by the Lynk & Co The Next Day concept-car. It still has distinguishing running lights that sit on top of the bonnet. But they have become thinner. As they go up, running lights merge into a single element. As for the headlights, they are integrated into the bonnet. The front end of the Lynk & Co 08 hasn’t got a noticeable grille. According to Geely, it doesn’t need one because of the efficient cooling system of the 08’s PHEV powertrain. So, it has only got an air intake in the lower part of the front bumper. From the back, the 08 has a single taillight unit.
Speaking about the dimensions of the Lynk & Co 08 EM-P, they are 4820/1915/1685 mm with a wheelbase of 2848 mm. So, in terms of sizing, it stays close to the BMW X4. According to Lynk & Co, the 08 EM-P stands on the all-new platform called CMA Evo. In fact, it is a slightly reworked architecture that underpins Volvo XC40, every Lynk & Co model (except Lynk & Co 09) and a bunch of Geely branded cars. So, its platform isn’t really new, but it was enhanced.
